The problem
A single residential development calls for a different experience from a property portal. Visitors need to feel the architecture and location, understand the available layouts and quickly reach the one detail that changes over time: availability.
This is a fictional demo project for Pátio do Carmo, a limited collection of apartments in a restored building in central Lisbon.
What I built
I designed an editorial, architecture-led presentation focused on the Lisbon façade, interiors and relationship with the city. The website combines the building story, illustrative plans, apartment types, a filterable unit table, full-screen gallery, location and frequently asked questions.
Each unit leads to the enquiry form with the selected apartment already identified, making it easy to request plans, current availability or a viewing without implying an automatic reservation.
Highlights
- 1Editorial identity inspired by Lisbon architecture
- 2T1, T2 and T3 layouts with illustrative plans
- 3Availability filtered by apartment type
- 4Automatic unit selection in the enquiry form
- 5Full-screen interior gallery
- 6Responsive navigation and quick contact
The result
The result is an elegant digital presence focused on a single development, turning architecture, location and detail into a clear experience that naturally leads to an availability enquiry.
